Goalplan
Goalplan is an innovative app designed to make knowledge sharing and team connection easier for companies, especially in environments where most employees don’t work at a desk. It brings teams together through microlearning, video-based coaching, and AI-driven insights, all in one place. The app aims to create a more engaging and fun workplace by streamlining communication and fostering collaboration.
Project
I led the complete UI/UX redesign for Goalplan, crafting a detailed design system to ensure consistency and scalability across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Through user research, competitor analysis, and ideation workshops, I transformed their previous app into a modern, intuitive platform. The new design highlights their shift to AI and video solutions, combining clean UI with clear UX to support their vision and create an engaging, user-friendly experience.
We developed a flexible design system that ensures visual consistency and easy scalability. By defining core elements like typography and colors, we can quickly launch new features while maintaining a cohesive experience across all devices.
Designing Goalplan for responsive use was a balancing act. We took a mobile-first approach for on-the-go engagement, but also needed a robust, cohesive experience on desktop. Careful component planning and user-flow mapping allowed us to scale the design seamlessly across devices without compromising on visual appeal or usability.
Jira served as our central hub for task coordination and transparent communication with developers and project managers. By clearly defining and tracking tasks in real time, we streamlined collaboration, stayed aligned on priorities, and moved efficiently through each phase of the project. This approach ensured design and development remained in sync, delivering high-quality results on schedule.
